The abode of ‘Lord Shiva’, Mount Kailash standing tall, giant and majestic, lies in the part of Transhimalaya in Tibet. The mountain lies near Mansoravar Lake and Rakshastal Lake in Tibet, China. It is believed all the sins are washed off after bathing in the holy Mansarovar Lake, the reason why thousands of pilgrims do ‘Kailash Mansarovar Yatra’ or Kailash circumambulation every year.

Besides being holy, Mount Kailash is also an incredible mountain of utmost beauty, with four grand faces representing jewels, as eastern face believed to represent crystal, the western ruby, the southern sapphire and northern gold.
