• Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu via respective airlines

    On arrival at Kathmandu international airport terminal Nepal Adventure Team staff and guide will receive you with a warm welcome and then transfer to respective hotels in the hub of Kathmandu around Thamel. After refreshment our guide will brief you with information regarding hotels, Nepali cultures, upcoming tours and more, with a welcome dinner in a typical Nepalese restaurant with folk cultural program.

    • Day 2 Drive to Jagat 1,290 m via Beshisahar 800 m - 08 hrs

      We have long scenic drive towards mid west of Nepal. The drive is made up to Jagat for the day. Upto Beshisahar we have smooth pitched road then, the off road adventure begins passing the villages as Khudi, Bhulbhule and Ngadi. Beside the road Marsyangdi River continuously accompany us. As we reach to Syange, we slowly climb up for our night stay at Jagat leaving Marsyangdi river behind.

      • Day 3 Trek to Dharapani 1,920 m - 05 hours

        From Jagat village, our actual trek begins through winding path passing Chamje and eastern bank of Marsyangdi. We land at forest area, with superb views of Annapurna and Manaslu mountain ranges. Tal Besi is our lunch. Likewise, 2-3 hours walk leads to Dharapani village for overnight stop which is a junction of Annapurna circuit and Manaslu trekking trail.

        • Day 4 Trek to Koto 2,670 m - 05 hours

          Beautiful forest of rhododendron, pines and fir trees mostly furnish our trail. The encounter of Bagarchap and Danque village initiate the climb to Timang village for lunch with awesome panorama of surrounding snow capped mountains. Timang is a tidy village of mixed tribe of hilly people as Manang, Magar and Gurung. After lunch break, 2-3 hours of good walk lands us to Koto village for night stop. Koto village is the junction that separates route to Chame and Nar Phu.

          • Day 5 Trek to Dharmashala 3,230m - 05 hours

            As our route splits from the main Annapurna circuit trail we head towards Nar and Phu villages. Nar and Phu village is located in one of the hidden corners of Mid West Himalaya range. Walk continues by a narrow valley between massive walls of towering rock cliffs within cool shade of woodlands. We encounter summer pasture fields with huts and sheds of cattle herders along with a gorge created by Pisang Peak and Kang-guru Himal. Then, our night stop Dharmashala is reached following the Nar-Phu Khola(stream). 

            • Day 6 Trek to Kyang 4,100 m - 6 hrs

              Further trek continues in isolated and arid landscapes offering the chance to encounter exclusive wildlife of Himalayas as blue sheep, snow Leopard, musk deers and mountain goats. After walking about 6hours we reach Kyang for the night stay. Kyang is a village with dozen of farm houses and Tibetan cultural lifestyle.

              • Day 7 Trek to Phu village 4,080 m - 06 hours

                Today, our walk lands us to our destination, Phu valley. Phu village is one of the major highlight of our journey. Accompanied by the river, we cross the spectacular and challenging gorge ended with the more allusive glacial valley. Wide pasture welcomes you to the Phu village. Phu has strong Tibetan influence on culture, traditions and lifestyle.

                • Day 8 Rest at Phu village for acclimatization

                  Phu having the Tibetan lifestyle, culture and traditions, you can observe and enjoy them closely while the stay at Phu. Having much belief in Buddhism, Phu has peaceful Tashilkhang and Samdu Choling Monastery. Even in this barren land, Kyauchyu waterfall of Phu leave you stun. This day is specially allocated to adapt to the high altitude of surrounding.

                  • Day 9 Trek to Nar Phedi 3,545 m - 06 hrs

                    Pleasant and peaceful stay at Phu village energizes body for the remaining trekking days. Downhill walk begins through narrow challenging gorge at Phu river. To reach Nar Phedi we pass by Yoghat. Yoghat is a small village with mani, chortens and Buddhist shrines. Finally, walking downhill for long hours we reach on a flat field at Nar Phedi for night stop.

                    • Day 10 Trek to Nar-Gaon 4,206 m - 06 hrs

                      We cross the bridge over Phu river and climb up. The starting of flat area indicates that we have accomplished Nar village at 4,206m. Nar village is much smaller tha Phu village due to higher altitude and remoteness. We have chilly night at Nar village.

                      • Day 11 Trek to Kang-La Base Camp 4,530 m - 05 hrs

                        We walk on complete wilderness far away from human settlement until we reach Ngawal or Manage village. However, several cattle herder’s shelters can be seen. Following the grazing fields lead to Temdenzon river. Walk is obviously accompanied by the heart melting scenery of mountains and barren high hills. With the gradual walk mostly being up hill than downhill, we reach Kang-La Base camp which is our night stop.

                        • Day 12 Cross Kangla Pass 5,322m and trek to Ngawal 3,650 m - 07 hrs

                          In order to cross the Kang-La , we are required to begin our walk before the dawn. Kang-La is also regarded as one of the adventurous and thrilling pass at high altitude providing trekkers with breath taking experiences and views. Pisang peak, Lamjung along with Chulu peak stand still and close to us as we walk. Undoubtedly, Annapurna range always smiles at us throughout the trek. After the successful accomplishment of Kang-La, the continuous downhill walk via Julu village drop us to Ngwal village. Ngawal village is our home for the night.

                          • Day 13 Trek to Manang 3,450 m - 04 hrs

                            Since we are at the other side of Manage, we have the wide angle view of Manage valley as well as of high mountains. We move through the ridges and downhill to reach Humde village having small airstrip. Further, Braga village comes along the way which has own specialty of old monastery and cultural artifacts giving us a worthy time. Then, Manage village welcomes us for the night stay with more comfortable lodges and facilities.

                            • Day 14 Trek to Yak Kharka 4,110 m - 04 hours

                              After a quite luxurious night at Manang, our march begins towards Yak Kharka. We pass Ghungsang village while heading Yak Kharka. The mesmerizing view has no end throughout the trek. The crossing of several stream, river, hills, and ridges lands to Yak Kharka. Yak Kharka is a small settlement giving us a cozy night stay and marvelous close up view of Gangapurna, Annapurna III and Chulu Peak

                              • Day 15 Trek to Thorong High Camp 4,600 m - 04 hrs

                                We head toward the Thorang High camp, higher altitude area. By crossing bridge we walk by the bank of Jarjung river. After reaching Thorang Phedi, we ensure if each member is healthy enough to climb upto Thorang High camp. If any sickness occurs we stay at Thorang Phedi for the night else gradually head towards Thorang high Camp for the stay. However, we need to head earlier if we stay at Thorang Phedi to pass Thorang on next day.

                                • Day 16 Cross Thorong-La 5,416 m and to Muktinath 3,800 m - 07 hrs

                                  We become the early bird on this day to climb up the long path to Thorang-La. The terrain is steepy as well as the path is winding, we are required to pass the Thorang as early as possible because the weather is more unpredictable after noon time. Thorang –La has the highest altitude of this Nar-phu valley trek which requires much mental and physical strength and stamina. The view point of Thorang –La offers the worthwhile stunning view of mountains and surrounding. The view you encounter sweep away your tiredness. Descending, leads to the Muktinath area that has famous temple named Muktinath. Muktinath Temple is a holy place for both Hindus and Buddhists (Muktinath means ‘the place for Nirvana or Liberation’). We stay at his famous area for the night.

                                  • Day 17 Trek to Jomsom 2, 715 m - 04 hours

                                    We aim to stay at Jomsom for the night. Jomsom is the headquater of Mustang area having quite good facilities for the tourists. We have to descend till Jomsom. We have the view of mountains, barren hills, spinning Kaligandki river, the settlements on Kaligandaki, the farmland and  windingtrail to Jomsom. Mostly, the atmosphere becomes windier after noon time. Here you can celebrate with all around famous local apple products like cider, brandy and juice. 

                                    • Day 18 Fly to Pokhara and transfer to hotel

                                      We have remarkable flight from Jomsom to Pokhara as the view makes our heart bounce. Additionally, Pokhara is one of the most beautiful cities in the world crafted with lakes, hills, Himalayas, temples, monasteries and cool people.

                                      • Day 19 Return to Kathmandu - 06 hrs

                                        You can have scenic cool long drive to Kathmandu or short flight. You can rest or roam around the Kathmandu city for shopping souvenirs. Authentic Farewell dinner is arranged. 

                                        • Day 20 International departure for homeward bound

                                          With the big heart after visiting Annapurna Base Camp, as per your schedule, Nepal Adventure Team drops you to Tribhuvan International Airport.
