Nepal Adventure Team welcomes all travellers and guests in your own exotic, enjoyable and fascinating tour and trekking destination where the quality service is guaranteed. Please read these first which bound you and the company to the proper Terms and Conditions. After you book the trip with us, you are legally bound to these Terms and Conditions.


Nepal Adventure Team takes great pleasure in organizing various Himalayan trips in Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet.
In all our trekking, tour itinerary's accommodations are all set in respective Hotels / Lodges / Home Stay/ Guest House/ Resorts, even camping in some remote areas as per the trip selected. Some of the days can be long or the others can be short depending upon client’s fitness, porter's situation, availability of vehicle on time, flight delay/ cancellation, unfavorable bad weather or road/ trail conditions, etc which is beyond our control. In these types of situations, selected tour destination may differ from the program itineraries. In rare cases we might even have to reroute or cancel the trips.
In this case, please bear with us. We will try our best to adjust the itinerary trip as per your convenience. The company has the right to cancel the trips due to unavoidable condition or anything that's beyond our control including if the volume of travellers is less than expected.


Nepal Adventure Team requests and suggests every client while booking with us to acquire Travel and Medical Insurance which is compulsory undertaking any tour and treks. It should include adequate protection for tour/treks duration to cover personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses in any means of transportation (on emergency such as helicopter rescue, air ambulance) and adequate cover for baggage loss.

The payment for the remaining balance of your trip can be done upon your arrival in Nepal. If you choose to settle by credit card a handling charge of 3-4 % on the outstanding balance is added. There is no handling charge for payment by cheque or bank transfer.


We accept your last hour booking in the eve of trip departure with 100% payment, 07 days prior to tour starting date only for Nepal Trips, but for Bhutan and Tibet trips,it will not be accepted as this requires at least 2 weeks payment on advance prior to trip departure.


After booking, some may be compelled to cancel the trip due to personal, domestic, medical, job or some other reasons. In this case 25% cancellation fee is applied if the clients have notified us or our abroad agent 2 months in advance before the trip departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied on 2 weeks to a month notice. No refund on last minute or at no show situation. One exception, if you could show us some genuine proofs of why you can't travel then your money will be with us until you resume your journey again.
If the clients has to return or break earlier from the tour due to medical/physical or personal reasons, clients has to bear all of his/her expenses occurred on route of trekking and at hotel in the city before your home departure.
There are no refunds, if the company has to reroute to other areas due to unavoidable circumstances. In such condition the company holds the right and assures you in providing a hassle free rest of the adventure.


A tour escort/ trekking guide representing Nepal Adventure Team holds and deserves all authority during trekking and tours. If you behave badly with negative attitude and commit any unlawful act, you will be compelled to leave the tour / trekking. No refund will be made in such condition.


All clients are requested to have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the return date. Nepal visas can be obtained from the Nepal Consulate or Embassy in your country or upon arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport.  The costs of Nepalese visas are sole responsibility of clients.


01: Required minimum of 30 days for cancellation notice prior to trip departure and it must be in written form and such notice will be implied from the day the note is received. Cancellation will be valid after the company's approval on receiving the documentation. The trip shall then be termed as cancelled and then 50% of the trip amount will be deducted from the advance paid as cancellation charge.
02: There will be no refunds if a passenger cancels the trip or leaves a trip for any reason whatsoever, either voluntarily or involuntarily or if he/she commits any unlawful act after the trip has commenced. 
03: Should you require other changes to your original tour, the person that booked the tour must submit a written document with changes you require. While every effort will be made, changes cannot be guaranteed.
04: If you are compelled to refrain from travelling by some genuine reasons or circumstances, one may postpone or transfer your booking to another close person including some charge. You will be requested to provide proof of why you were unable to travel at that time.
05:  On the eve of trip departure if you can't travel, unfortunately there is neither refund regarding this nor transfer or postponing options available as the Bhutanese Government has strict Tourism act and policies.


All clients are requested to have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from return date. For Bhutan visas you need to send your passport details to Destination Holidays for visa applications at least 45 days prior to the fixed departure date.
As you are unable to obtain visas to Tibet you need to send your passport details to Nepal Adventure Team (P) Ltd for visa applications to this country, we require your passport details at least three weeks prior to departure.


All our Trekking and Tours require sound health in a person with some level of fitness before signing and booking with us. The client requires to check with his/her local doctor or physician regarding your health and fitness before the trip departures to Himalayan destinations.
It’s solely client’s responsibility to inform Nepal Adventure Team of any pre-existing medical condition or disability that is reasonably expected to increase the risk of your health worsening, which will affect your capability to travel with us.


An authorized guardian/parent must accompany all travelers under the age of sixteen. If you have any queries regarding age and suitability, please contact us for further information.


Please note that you agree and permit Nepal Adventure Team to use pictures, photos or images of you taken while during the trip without informing you or without compensating you, for promotion and advertising purpose only through different mediums.


Travelling with Nepal Adventure Team requires flexibility, positive attitude and the understanding.
There are some things that's beyond our control like flight delay/cancellation due to bad weathers, road blocks because of landslides, flood, heavy snow and political unrest, etc. Nepal Adventure Team is unable to refund any payment under the above circumstances due to the prior arrangements but as much as possible we will always endeavor to provide you an alternative or substitute trip of same category.
Nepal Adventure Team does not accept any responsibility for the  loss on employment or other unfortunate situations that might occur to you resulting from the circumstances happened beyond our control.
We reserve the right to revise pricing rates to be posted in our marketing sites under different circumstances like the changes in exchange rate, government action etc.


Nepal Adventure Team may ask few questions regarding your personal things to obtain necessary permits and others. No private or personal information that you supply to us when making a booking will be disclosed for any other purposes.


We are committed in providing the best quality service; perform our duties honestly & responsibility to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, the entire program is conducted strictly under the rules and regulations of the respective country's policies.
Therefore Nepal Adventure Team and its related organization shall not be responsible for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as government restriction, land slide, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, sickness or accident, etc and any extra cost incurring thereof shall be borne by the clients themselves.
