Breconshire, Wales, UK), who worked on the trigonometrical survey in India, so as he was the one, who measured its height of the peak for the first time from 1806 to 1843.

Mt. Everest was successfully climbed for the first time in 1953 by Sir Edmund Hillary from New Zealand and Tenzing Norgay from Nepal. Following their successful triumph, the Mt.
