Kathmandu valley is full of temple and Stupas. It is a cultural hub that the valley preserves centuries old pagoda style temples. This sightseeing tour takes you to these cultural and religious sites. There are seven UNESCO sites in total inside the Kathmandu valley, which are the major attractions of the sightseeing in Kathmandu.

Kathmandu sightseeing begins with your pickup from the hotel. Then you visit Swayambhunath Stupa, which is situated at the top of the hill, in Kathmandu. It is believed that it had emerged automatically. Buddhist devotees perform their prayers there. The historical palace Kathmandu Durbar Square is also known as the Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Square. It is an open museum with various pagoda temples and a Kumari ghar (abode of virgin goddess). Pashupatinath temple is a golden roofed pagoda temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is located on the bank of the Bagmati River, where Hindu devotees burn the dead bodies. Boudhanath is another remarkable site, which is the most biggest Stupa in Asia. The rest of the UNESCO sites are Patan Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square and the Changu Narayan temple. It needs extra days to cover all the sites. Then it back to your hotel and end the sightseeing trip.
