19 DaysKathmandu to Kathmandu Grade:
Trek type: Camping basis
Trekking duration: 15 days
One of the most difficult trekking in Nepal which will take you to the Rolwaling valley as well as the Khumbu region is Rolwaling trek. The Rolwaling valley is know as the ‘Grave’ simply because of its tough geographical location.
The major highlight of this trekking is the captivating sight of Mt Langtang, Gauri Shanker and Mt Everest which is highly eye appealing. The valley is abundant with glacial lakes, glaciers, moraines, high pastures, waterfalls, isolated villages and more. Because of lying in the Nepal-Tibet border and been closed in the past years, only few trekkers have been successful in completing this trekking. The trail goes through between the huge mountains and the natural beauty is just perplexing when one gets down to this wonderful valley.
The small Sherpa settlements in Beding and Na which offer you the typical local traditions, toughest Tashi Lapcha pass between Rolwaling valley and Khumbu region can become unique and the most awesome experience in the Nepal Himalayas.
