As to make the operation smooth, Nepal Adventure Term lists terms and conditions that are required to be understood by both the party: Clients and Nepal Adventure Team

As you confirm your booking, you accept these terms and conditions:

1. Changes in Itinerary

Nepal Adventure Team works as per the itinerary provided for better operation. However, due to unpredictable situations and conditions, the given itinerary has to be changed. Sometimes unfavorable weather may disturb flights/roads/trails and social issues such as local strikes and the health of clients bound to change the route.

Nevertheless, we try our best to adjust the itinerary as per convenience and give you the most value despite the changes.

2. Travel and Medical Insurance

Nepal Adventure Team suggests each client have Travel and Medical insurance before moving for the booked package. It should have the capacity to cover the relevant unwanted situation and experience as injury, medical expenses, demise, accident, evacuation, emergency rescue cost, baggage cost, and the like.

Besides, Nepal Adventure Team is not liable for any cost and refund related to these aspects.

3. Schedule of flights

Nepal Adventure Team is not held accountable for any changes or delays on domestic flights or helicopter schedules which would affect the itinerary. Changes in itinerary caused due to the act or other circumstances of domestic airlines or helicopter companies are solely liable to those companies rather than Nepal Adventure Team.

4. Booking

For the trips in Nepal, you can book your trip on the eve with 100% payment or within just 14 days. Besides, booking trips in Nepal with a departure gap of more than 2 weeks require an advance payment of only 20% of the total amount.

However, you are required to book a trip to Bhutan and Tibet prior to 2 weeks before the departure date with advance payment (20%) as mentioned in the Payment criteria.

5. Client’s Responsibility

Nepal Adventure Team’s guide holds the right and authority to exclude any of the traveler/trekkers who creates inconvenience or annoyance to any group member, or community or hampers the smoothness of the trip. Besides, no refund is made for such a case.

6. Nepal Visa and Passport Condition

All clients are suggested to have valid passports with at least six months of validity from the return date. We are not responsible for the failure to obtain a visa for any reason and the advance payment is not refundable. Additionally, the cost of the visa is solely the client’s responsibility. A Nepal visa can be obtained from Nepal Consulate or the embassy or upon arrival in Kathmandu.

7. Health and Fitness

Initially required to check your health and fitness before booking any of the packages because health is wealth. Sound health supports enjoying your trip in a fantastic way. Especially, the trekkers are suggested to meet their doctor before heading towards the Himalayan region of Nepal.

Any pre-existing medical condition or disability should be informed to the Nepal Adventure Team such that related risks can be minimized.

8. Children

Person of age less than 16 years must be accompanied by an authorized guardian/parent in order to travel with us.

9. Privacy

Nepal Adventure Team clicks pictures of their clients during their trips for memories and shares them with our well-wishers and potential clients. We assure you your pictures would not be misused. Likewise, those pictures are published on our pages and websites to inform and persuade other travelers to travel with us. So, there should be no conflict regarding pictures taken and used by Nepal Adventure Team.

10. Personal Details

Nepal Adventure Team requires your passport and other related details for the documentation of your trip as well as acquiring trip-related permits and cards. Besides, the information provided is safe and ensures confidentiality regarding your information.

11. Complaints

If you have any complaints regarding any service of the Nepal Adventure Team, you must immediately mention them to the group leader, guide, or to the active team of the Nepal Adventure Team.

12. Payment

To ensure your booking with Nepal Adventure Team, you need to provide advance payment of 20% of the package you preferred. However, you can make full payment also if you wish. Similarly, the ways of payment:

Besides, the payment of the remaining balance of your trip can be done as you arrive in Nepal. This payment can be settled through card, cash, or cheque. A 3% - 4% additional charge is imposed if you pay through a card.

13. Cancellation

For booking any of our tour packages, you need to make an advance payment of 20% of the total amount. While some situations may force you to cancel your booking, in such cases the advance payment becomes non-refundable as per the cases.

If you cancel your booking in less than 2 weeks of departure, the entire advance amount is non-refundable. Whereas, if you cancel the bookings more than 2 weeks before departure, a certain amount is refundable after the deduction of the cost incurred for booking the package.

If you have made full payment, 80% of your fund is refundable and the rest goes as per the rules mentioned above.

Additionally,

You can replace yourself with the other person for the package you booked which would be feasible for you to overcome your cost.

You can also shift/ reserve your package for the other departure date if you could not attend the booked departure date. Likewise, you can change your package too.

14. Liability

We always tend to supply our best arrangements to make your holiday desirable. However, we cannot accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for the acts, omissions, or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of these service providers, over whom we have no direct control.

We do not accept any liability in contract, tort, or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable to the Client and/or travelers/persons traveling with the Client for any personal injuries, sickness, loss of baggage, or denial of visas. In any case, the Company shall not be liable for any consequential loss, damage, or extra costs suffered by the Client for any reasons whatsoever.
