    Today, you take a tourist bus or, private car from Kathmandu to Chitwan. After approximately 4-5 hours of the scenic drive, you reach Chitwan. On your arrival in Chitwan; the hosts will welcome you and transfer you to a sustainable eco-friendly lodge.

    After a refreshing welcome drink (an ice-cold glass of lemonade), prepared by the friendly, and welcoming hosts, you relax in your room. Shortly after that, you will roam around the beautiful Tharu village nearby your lodge. You can explore Tharu culture, and lifestyle from up close, they are one of Nepal’s indigenous communities. You can also enjoy the beautiful sunset view from the village. Soon you stroll back to your lodge and enjoy the traditional Tharu food and cultural Tharu dance performance. Then, you will wrap up your long, yet beautiful day with a good sound sleep at a comfortable lodge.

  • Day 02 Chitwan, and Jungle activities

    Good Morning!

    Today, you start your beautiful day with a stunning sunrise view from the lodge. After a heart-warming breakfast, you climb aboard a canoe to take a boat safari where you will see a herd of rhinoceros, and an elephant bathing, and rare species of crocodiles; the Marsh Mugger, and Ghariyal. On top of that, you can have a golden opportunity for exotic bird watching. While canoeing, you can see beautiful peacocks running alongside your boat, and if you get lucky, you can also see exotic birds such as Giant hornbill, lesser florican, and paradise flycatcher. At the end of the boat safari, a jeep safari awaits you. Soon you will be ready for an amazing jeep safari; you can also have an elephant safari (optional) but because of the abuse of animals, and as the elephant riding practice is unethical, we don’t suggest elephant riding. But after an adventurous jeep safari, by visiting the elephant breeding center you can get close to an elephant, you can feed the elephant, play with the elephant’s calf, and learn about the most graceful animal on the earth. After a long day of jungle adventure, you will come to wrap up your day with a beautiful sunset view.

  • Day 03 Chitwan to Kathmandu (1350 m) 4-5 Hours

    Today, you wake up early in the morning. You get ready for the last jungle safaris on foot where you can see the spotted deer, peacock, monkeys, wild boars, sloth bears, and rare animal species such as the Royal Bengal tiger (if you get lucky), and Ghariyal. After the exhausting yet exciting jungle excursion, your Chitwan diaries come to an end. Sadly, you are going to leave Chitwan and returned back to Kathmandu with lots of beautiful Chitwan memories captured in your heart and in your camera roll.

    On your arrival at Kathmandu, we will transfer you to your respective hotel where you can plan for your next adventure. Nepal Adventure Team will be more than happy to guide you in your next adventure journey in the country Himalayas.
