From Kathmandu to Nagarkot
Early morning at 4:30 AM (Pick Time may vary as per season in Nepal), the guide assigned by the Nepal Adventure team will come to pick you up at your hotel. You will have a scenic drive to Nagarkot through the street of the Bhaktapur area. The uphill drive may not be too smooth due to some unpaved miles. However, the drive will be cool as the path goes through forests and villages of the Nagarkot area.
At Nagarkot
You will directly be dropped at Nagarkot View Point to observe and cherish the sunset accompanied by Himalayan Ranges. The golden rays over the sky and dropped at snow-capped mountains create a breathtaking moment for travelers. After having a pleasant sunrise moment, you will have breakfast.
Hike from Nagarkot to Changu Narayan Temple
Then, begin to hike from Nagarkot to Changu Narayan temple. The downhill hike will be easier and chilling. You will view the settlements, valleys, hills, and floras on the trail and land at Changu Narayan Temple. You can observe the architecture as well as the crafts related to Lord Vishu and his reincarnations. From Temple, you also have a view of Sankhu town and Bhaktapur area.
Then, you will be driving back to your hotel from Changu Narayan temple.
