Dhampus Sarangkot Hiking begins with a drive to Phedi and the walking session begins. Dhampus is a beautiful Gurung village beneath the incredible white peaks. The countryside is attractive and the landscape is scenic with the terraced fields, forests, hills, gorges and streams. The local people are forward in preserving folk culture, dress, language, customs and hospitality. The hike moves to the popular tourist hill and a stunning paragliding spot- Sarangkot. In the morning, you can explore the sunrise views and in the evening, you can explore the breathtaking sunset view. The Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Fishtail and Himchuli peaks are seen superb. If you love adventure, take a paragliding fly to the lake surrounded city, Pokhara. Of course, again the Himalayas can be explored from the closer distance. Then you land at the Pokhara or you have another option to drive back to Pokhara.

Day 03Drive Pokhara to Phedi and hike to Dhampus.You will have the scenic drive from Pokhara to Phedi from where you will begin your short hiking towards Dhampus. Passing through the amazing landscapes, terrains, you'll arrive at the typical Gurung village for the overnight stay.
Day 04Dhampus to Sarangkot.After experiencing the warm hospitality of the local people, you will hike towards Sarangkot in the morning. Sarangkot is the best sunrise and sunset viewpoint in whole Nepal. You'll be travelling through the green forests, fields and the typical Nepalese settlements to arrive at Sarangkot for the night stop.
Day 05Drive to Kathmandu.Your short but the most happiest and scenic journey will end here today with the drive to Kathmandu. Pokhara, the most beautiful city in Nepal has a lot to offer to the travellers and you can spend days and nights in this city full of lakes and historic places. Farewell dinner in the night in the typical Nepali restaurant accompanied by the folk cultural dance and music.

Passport & Visa
All foreign nationals, except Indian citizens, need visas to enter Nepal. Getting a visa must be the easiest one though. You just have to go to the Nepalese Embassy/consulate in your country or it can also be obtained upon your arrival in Kathmandu International Airport. To get a visa, you need to bring 2 pp size photos, visa fees and valid passport.

Means of Transport
Private car, bus and walking. All the cost is already included unless otherwise noted.
Travel insurance is a must when you travel abroad. Therefore before you come to Nepal, please make sure you have your insurance documents with you since our insurance companies cannot insure foreign nationals. Because of the reason that they cover all the expenses if you face some unfortunate happenings and you have to be rescued or medically assisted during the trip or if your belongings are lost or stolen.
We have arranged for the single traveller to pay for the single trip only. He has to share the accommodation with other person of same sex though while he can also join the other groups.
Foods and Accommodations
Full board meals will be available throughout the journey. The accommodation will be on the best quality hotels and tea house lodge on your entire trip on twin sharing basis.
Note: Single room is always available but only on special request and spending extra bucks.
Best Time to Travel
You can travel any time of the year for this trip.
Every traveller is different and they spend their own way. Some spend on food and drinks while other on souvenirs. Either way, consider your own spending habits and also tipping, emergency fund($200), etc before you pack up and leave.
Trip Specific Safety
Your guide is always there for your safety concerns and looking after your valuables. But you have to be equally careful. Carry some sort of wallet or belt for your important documents and money. The hotels have the safety deposit box where the lock is recommended before passing the luggage.

The groups safety is very important for us. Please note that your leader has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the itinerary if it is deemed necessary due to safety concerns.
